2. Products & Craft Variations

Our wall décor and ceramic items are often handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, glaze, brush patterns, and dimensions. These natural variations are not defects and are part of the product’s character.

Product images are for representation. Actual colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are displayed on the product page and may change without notice. In case of an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Inventory is limited for certain designs. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation notification. We may request additional verification for high-value or suspicious transactions for security purposes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, weather, or other factors. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays/returns due to incorrect address details provided by you.

6. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within a limited window before dispatch/production begins. Once the order is dispatched or custom work has started, cancellation may not be possible. (See Returns & Refunds Policy for details.)

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept returns/replacements only as per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items that are damaged in transit or incorrect items delivered must be reported within the stated time with an unboxing video/photos.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, designs, logos) is owned by or licensed to The Kuka. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kuka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
