We want you to love your purchase from The Kuka. Since many wall décor and ceramic items are fragile and/or handmade, returns are handled with specific conditions.
We accept returns/replacements only in these cases:
We do not accept returns for minor variations in color/texture/glaze, as handmade items naturally vary.
Any damage/defect/wrong item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

For fragile products, replacements are prioritized when possible.
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. If the order is already dispatched or production/custom work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
