Ceramic and fragile items are packed with protective materials to minimize transit damage. Despite careful packing, damage can happen during shipping. Please follow the “Damaged Items” steps below if your order arrives damaged.
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.
Once dispatched, we share tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (where available). Tracking updates are maintained by the courier partner.

If approved after verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit/refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
