1. Order Processing Time

• Standard processing: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays/holidays).
• Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional time (mentioned on product page, if applicable).
• During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We’ll keep you updated.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Non-metro / remote areas: typically 4–10 business days after dispatch.
• Timelines are estimates and depend on courier operations and location accessibility.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Promotional/free shipping offers may apply during specific periods.

4. Packaging

Ceramic and fragile items are packed with protective materials to minimize transit damage. Despite careful packing, damage can happen during shipping. Please follow the “Damaged Items” steps below if your order arrives damaged.

5. Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.

6. Tracking

Once dispatched, we share tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (where available). Tracking updates are maintained by the courier partner.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

Important:

• Record an unboxing video from start to finish (no cuts) when opening the package.
• Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged product.
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@pruthatek.com with evidence.

If approved after verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit/refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
